Before we beging let's pay heed to the following oneliners viz. Among the few things more expensive than education these days is the lack of it and don't call it purposeful education unless it has taught you true values, filtered knowledge, wisdom to make right choices and requisite set of skills to eke out livelihood tomorrow. It actually plays an important and significant role in life. Taking cue from these pithy oneliners, I believe in the current scenario the educators' role has changed 360 degrees. We can not teach students the way we disseminated knowledge and skills a decade back. Hence, it becomes significant to focus more on pedagogy and innovation. It has also become significant at this stage when the students are exposed to various sources of knowledge. Referring to a landmark document i.eNational Education Policy- 2020, Education is fundamental for achieving full human potential in developing an equitable and just society and also in promoting national development. Providing universal access to quality education is the key to India's continued ascent and leadership on the global stage in terms of economic growth, social justice and equality, scientific advancement, national integration and cultural preservation.
